Apparently when N (not yet 4 years old) saw the sweater she said "Oh it's gorgeous, is that for MEEEE?!" Knowing what N looks and sounds like I could vividly imagine this darling sentiment coming from her and it was easily enough to make me teary... and THEN I saw the pictures...

If THAT wasn't enough to get my uterus in a tizzy, I don't know WHAT is!!! The sweater is clearly big for her but that's good - at least she'll be able to wear it more than twice :)

How cute! Now that is appreciation for knits to an extent we rarely get to see! It looks so cute on her and her love for it is obvious. I think I felt something in my uterus too, but it's probably that our little one wants me to make her one. ;)
